As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to address the many mental health issues that can manifest through the course of life. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in Narrative Therapy, which identifies the stories we live by. Within the stories told and strengthened through family generations lie the roots of strength and change. Through collaboration, we can uncover those strengths and reframe the stories we live by. Together, we'll explore where you've been, where you are now, and where you’d like to go, all at the speed of trust.

I believe that healing happens through meaningful connections, both with others and within ourselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, family conflicts, intimacy challenges, or exploring your identity, I am here to create a warm and welcoming space where every part of you is cherished and embraced.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally humble. I draw from evidence-based models and tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. I especially enjoy working with couples on issues related to communication and changing long-standing patterns that no longer serve. I aim to meet each client with curiosity, warmth, and respect for their lived experience.
