Caitlin Hemsley, MFT - Student Intern

Caitlin Hemsley

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, emotional stress, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe, respected, and understood—especially during times when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I work alongside clients to explore patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I draw from evidence-based models and tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals.

I strive to create a nonjudgmental and inclusive space where clients of all backgrounds can show up authentically. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, navigating change, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and your relationships, therapy can be a meaningful step toward clarity, healing, and growth. I became a therapist because I believe everyone should have someone to turn to when life gets tough.
