I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to feel seen, supported, and valued. My goal is to build a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel understood and encouraged as we work through life’s challenges together.
I take a strengths-based approach and draw from evidence-based practices, as well as expressive tools such as art and play therapy. I love helping clients uncover their own resilience, deepen self-compassion, and discover meaningful ways to heal and thrive.
My experience includes working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, health conditions, grief, and life transitions. I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health at the University of Utah. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a Minor in Art at Utah State University.
My background in art and mental health advocacy has shaped the way I show up as a therapist-creative, compassionate, and deeply committed to honoring each person’s unique story. I’ve had the privilege of working with children and families through programs focused on emotional regulation and psychoeducation, as well as supporting children in crisis and developing parenting and child resources.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing pickleball, painting, and spending time outdoors. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, build healthier connections, or find hope through a difficult season, I would be honored to help you find courage and relief on your journey.
